Key point of the project:
Though it¡¯s only a simple taste testing, in the real execution, the clients wanted us to control the temperature of the product and the quota of the interviewees. The drink has to be kept in the temperature of 6-7 degree centigrade, and the quota of the interviewees has to be controlled. And this had brought us many difficulties in the practical process.

The objective of the research:
They want to know if there are some difference in the taste and the need of this drink for people of different ages, and the interviewees¡¯ feelings about the package.

The process of operation:
We borrowed 2 meeting room, because the interviewees should be separated and they wouldn¡¯t influence each other. We put a refrigerator in each of the room and put the drinks the clients provided and with labels on the two refrigerators. We opened one bottle and put a thermograph into it. We have a look at the thermograph every half an hour. Meanwhile, we redecorated the meeting room and tried our best to let the interviewees finished the testing without any interference. We covered the packages of the drinks by a screen to make sure the interviewees never saw them before. Then their answer will be their first feeling. And we hired a part-time to saw the thermograph and looked after the screen¡­ and we made sure that every part will have someone to look into.

Difficulties met in the project:
The biggest difficulty we met is the control of the temperature of the drink. The situation that the temperature is too high or too low happened a lot. I found the temperature of the drink varies a lot in 2 hours, and we can not know the operation of the refrigerator, so we have to make survey on the temperature and control it all night. If we found the temperature is too high, we put ice bags in, and if the temperature is low, we took the ice bags out and kept the door of the refrigerator open. Own to their efforts, the temperature of the drink was within the range that the clients required. And the projects proceeded successfully. The stop-interviewer is so excellent that whenever there is space, they would bring in the interviewees. So they are really contributive to this project.

And the interviewers are very highly responsible. At first, they were not familiar with the questionnaires and the order of the interviews, after the supervisors¡¯ conclusion, this problem is solved.

The conclusion of the project
In general, this testing project is very successful. And due to our efforts, our client is satisfied. And the interview department gave effective and real data for the data department.
