Quality Control

• We have specialized QC staff to control project quality, and report directly to PM .
• When the project consign to agent in other cities, we check the project quality in headquarter
• During CATI, telephone interview, B2B and specialist face-to-face interview, we control the quality by tape or video record

CODING

• List all comments for each open-end question from first 100 completed questionnaires.
• Project manager will produce the stand code-frame based on above comments listing. The code-frame should be confirmed by client, if necessary
• Our code staff will code all open-end questions according to above standard code-frame.
• Project manager will check back 30% of the coded questionnaires

Data Process

• Data double entry
  -one line one respondent
  -80 column/ card (Quantum software)
  -or client provide the entry form (SPSS, ASCII)
• Logistic validation by program (data cleaning)
• Run a final data report
